Wondering what a MakeFest is?
A MakeFest is dedicated to all things “makey”. They’re designed to bring together local artists and creative types and give them a platform to show off their work and engage with the community.Β
There’s no better way to explain what a MakeFest is than by showing you…
There was a massive difference between the delivery of Halton MakeFest 2020 and 2021, with us changing the delivery method from an all-day, in-person event, to a 4 day long, online broadcast (due to the pandemic).
Our first Halton MakeFest in 2020 was a fantastic success as over 4,000 people joined us at Halton Lea Library throughout the day. We had everything, from sculpting with VR, coding Spheros, flying drones AND MORE!
Check out our previous blog post for more details on MakeFests 2020.
Halton MakeFest 2021 was a completely different affair, being entirely online. You can still view all of the live stream videos from 2021 via the on-demand section of the Halton MakeFest website here
